About the Issuer

Headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Best Capital Services Limited (BCSL) was incorporated and registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a non-deposit accepting NBFC in 1995. The company was subsequently acquired by Mr. Arun Bagadia in 2011. Originally commencing operations strictly with vehicle financing, BCSL has progressively diversified its product portfolio over the years. The company currently offers MSME loans secured against residential or commercial properties, alongside comprehensive vehicle financing for both private and light commercial vehicles. Reflecting its steady operational growth, BCSL has expanded its geographical footprint across seven states, successfully managing total assets under management (AUM) of Rs. 272 crores as of June 30, 2025.
