Terms & Disclosures
What Fixed Alpha is, what it is not, where its data comes from, and the terms on which this site may be used.
Disclosures
Read these before acting on anything published here. They describe the limits of what Fixed Alpha does and how far the information on it can be relied on.
What is Fixed Alpha
Fixed Alpha is an information aggregator and data directory for fixed income instruments listed on the NSE and BSE — Bonds, REITs, InvITs and related products.
Everything on this site is published for information and education. Nothing on it is personalised to you, your finances or your objectives.
Where the data comes from
Data is sourced from public feeds and third-party data providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Before acting on anything shown here, verify it against the issuer’s own offer document, the rating agency’s rationale, and the quote in your broker’s terminal.
Yields, prices and returns
Yields shown on this site are indicative. They are calculated from a quoted price at a point in time and assume the instrument is held to maturity and that every payment is made in full and on schedule.
Fixed income is not risk-free. It carries credit risk (the issuer may not pay), interest rate risk (prices move as rates move), liquidity risk (you may not find a buyer at the price you want), and reinvestment risk. A credit rating is an opinion of an agency, not a guarantee, and can be revised or withdrawn. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
Investments in debt securities, municipal debt securities, and securitised debt instruments are subject to risks, including delays and/or default in payment. Please read all offer-related documents carefully before investing.
No recommendation, no solicitation
Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation, or an inducement to buy or sell any security. The ordering of instruments in any list, table or basket reflects the sort applied to it — it is not a ranking, an endorsement, or a view on suitability.
Buying through your own broker
Where this site explains how to purchase an instrument, it is describing what you would do inside your own broker’s app. That transaction is between you and your broker, under their terms. We are not a party to it, we receive nothing from it, and we cannot see, confirm, amend or cancel it.
Third-party links
This site links to material published by issuers, rating agencies, exchanges and other third parties. Those pages are not ours. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. To the extent permitted by law, Darakonomics AI Fintech Private Limited and its directors, officers and employees accept no liability for any loss — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential — arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here. Investment decisions are yours alone.

Where the site offers an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
