About the Issuer

Chemmanur Credits and Investments Limited was registered in 2008 and commenced operations in 2011, promoted by the Chemmanur International Jewellers Group under the leadership of Mr. Chemmanur Devassykutty Boby, popularly known as Boby Chemmanur. The promoter has grown the family run retail gold jewellery business, which has a history spanning more than 150 years, to include branches in the USA, the Middle East, and India, while also holding additional business interests in real estate, Nidhi companies, and chit funds. The company currently operates 301 branches across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, with its principal presence concentrated in Kerala and a smaller number of branches spread across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
