FCPL was incorporated on August 12, 2015, and is registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Base Layer Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The company offers unsecured personal loans of up to ₹10 lakh to salaried individuals through a fully digital lending platform, enabling paperless processing and quick turnaround times. Its technology-driven loan origination and servicing functions are managed by its wholly owned subsidiary, FTPL, incorporated on June 17, 2020, which acts as the lending service provider while FCPL undertakes the regulated lending activities. FCPL was founded by former bankers Nitin Gupta, Viraj Tyagi, and Amit Arora, who bring extensive experience in financial services and entrepreneurship. In addition to lending through its own NBFC platform, the company also follows a co-lending model with partner NBFCs to expand its reach.
