About the Issuer

Sakthi Finance Limited (SFL), incorporated in 1955, belongs to the Sakthi Group, which has interests spanning sugar, beverages, automobile and transport dealerships, auto components, and textiles. The company's lending is dominated by commercial vehicle financing, which made up 87% of its total portfolio as of March 2025, with the balance comprising loans for cars, construction equipment, and other machinery. SFL's operations are concentrated in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, which together accounted for around 95% of its total portfolio. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 16.7 crore on a managed asset base of Rs. 1,402.5 crore in FY2025, compared with Rs. 15.7 crore and Rs. 1,456.0 crore, respectively, in FY2024.
