About the Issuer

IKF Finance Limited (IKF), originally incorporated in 1991, is a middle-layer, non-deposit-taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) primarily engaged in used vehicle financing and SME lending. Vehicle finance constitutes the core of its business, complemented by SME loans, and the company operates through a network of 199 branches across South and Western India. IKF also owns a wholly owned subsidiary, IKF Home Finance Limited (IKFHF), which offers home loans, refinancing solutions, and loans against property. IKF is promoted by Mr. V. G. K. Prasad, Chairman, who has over three decades of experience in the vehicle finance industry and has previously served as President of the Federation of Indian Hire Purchase Associations (FIHPA). The company is managed by Ms. K. Vasumathi Devi, Managing Director, and is supported by a diversified shareholder base, including Norwest Capital, Motilal Oswal Alternatives, and Creador, alongside the promoter group. IKF benefits from an established track record of nearly three decades in vehicle financing, an experienced management team, and a strong regional franchise. Its subsidiary, IKFHF, enhances the Group's lending platform by leveraging IKF's brand, branch network, risk management systems, treasury operations, and loan sourcing capabilities, strengthening the overall business franchise.
